We Deliver our Furniture FAST!

We have most items in stock at all times. Our customers have come to expect fast deliveries and that is just what we do. Sure there are times that something will go on back order, but it is very rare. 95% of our furniture ships in 3-4 days, and some special orders delivered in 1-3 weeks. Why wait 4-6 weeks?

How will my furniture ship?

UPS Deliveries

When possible, your package will ship via UPS; doorstep service is usually available.

Truck Deliveries (outside of New York and some of New Jersey)

Common carrier truck deliveries are performed by a trucking company contracted by our suppliers. This service is a "Tailgate Delivery"; the driver will move the items to the back of the truck. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence.

If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make sure you have someone who can help with this.

Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature and picture ID is required at the time of delivery. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company, however it is not guaranteed.

Can I get an inside delivery?

Yes, for an additional fee we can arrange an inside delivery for a fee typically around $80, but it depends on your situation and is evaluated on a case by case basis. See also White Glove Delivery below.

What delivery options do you offer?


Any order that requires shipping by a truck will be delivered by us to ground floors only (e.g. Building Lobby, Driveway)

Note: For sidewalk delivery we do not open the box upon delivery. Arrangements will need to be made by the customer for the furniture to be carried into the house and be setup. Once delivered to your property, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by poor handling done by the customer.

  • Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan - FREE
  • Bronx, Staten Island - free
  • Outside of Metro new York - Call 516-208-4411 for a quote.

Stress-free delivery provided by professional furniture delivery experts Monday through Friday, 9am to 7pm in most areas. Remote areas may not be serviced or could experience delivery delays, call for more details. Includes inside placement in room of your choice and two flight of stairs, additional services may require additional charges.

You choose the room and our delivery experts will deliver your new furniture right where you want it! It couldn't be easier or more convenient. Items will not be unboxed, unpackaged, or assembled. We CAN UPGRADE your delivery service to:

GOLD (+$95)

This upgrade is available for an additional charge and includes:

  • Inside placement in the room of your choice
  • Up to 2 flights of stairs
  • Unpacking & setup (boxes will be discarded by garbage area near building)

PLATINUM (+$125)

This upgrade is available for an additional charge and includes:

  • Inside placement in the room of your choice
  • Up to 2 flights of stairs
  • Unpacking & setup (usage of professional tools)
  • Debris removal (boxes will be taken back to warehouse)


  1. Please inspect your delivery prior to signing off on the paperwork.
  2. If there any issues with your delivery you must call us while the carrier is present.
  3. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery agent's departure.
  4. Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.

Scheduling a Delivery

Your furniture delivery is scheduled based on the earliest possible date (i.e. first available opening) per our delivery schedule. We cannot guarantee the time or the day of the week for your delivery. Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail or a phone call that includes your delivery date. One to two days prior to your delivery, you will receive a phone call from a Customer Service Specialist to confirm the details. All delivery schedules must have 6 hours window. Rarely, we may not be able to deliver your order within the particular time frame due to unexpected delays. In case of a delay, our driver will notify you by phone.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Sorry we cannot ship to p.o box addresses. Our boxes are too large.


Once a Fabric, leather, wood or combo warranty has been applied to your order, the charges cannot be reversed. All warranties are non-refundable.

When does my credit card get charged?

In order to avoid delays in order processing, your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent transactions.

What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned. On roadside delivery we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of goods unless the setup option has been selected in checkout and setup was paid for.

My Building Requires Insurance, What Should I do?

We can fax your building management office a letter showing that we are insured. If your building requires that its name appears on the insurance policy, then we must charge a fee of $100 to process the request.

Customer Responsibility

As a customer it is your responsibility to take the necessary steps to ensure that oversized furniture items can fit through your entrance door, hallway, stares, elevator, apartment door. If the furniture doesn't fit, we will need to make a special arrangement with one of our delivery professionals who specializes in dissembling large furniture items and reassembling them back inside the house. In such case you are responsible for paying the fees associated with this service. Please contact us for more information.
